Warranty InformationXTERRA Wetsuits are warranted against any manufacturing and material defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. Manufacturing and material defects covered under the 2 year warranty include seam tears or separations, stitching tears or separations, and gluing defects. The most common damage NOT covered under warranty includes the following: neoprene tears caused by human hands/ fingernails, melting due to heat or sun exposure, heel tears, chlorine damage, tears caused by sharp objects, general rubber tears, improper repairs, other damage unrelated to the seams, stitching, or glue. The 2 year warranty only covers the original purchaser of the wetsuit, verified by transaction details. Coverage is voided if the wetsuit is sold or ownership is otherwise transferred. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide XTERRA Wetsuits Australia (TITAN Performance Group) with proof of original purchase. It is expected that customers read, understand, and abide by the guidelines explained in the Care Guide. XTERRA Wetsuits Australia (TITAN Performance Group) retains the right to determine whether damage is caused by normal wear and tear circumstances, manufacturing defects, accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. XTERRA Wetsuits Australia (TITAN Performance Group) also retains the right to repair or replace valid warranty claims at their discretion; refunds are not an option for valid warranty claims. Exact product replacement depends on available inventory and no guarantee is made to process warranties within a certain time frame, but we endeavour to ensure you are not without a wetsuit for any prolonged period. Warranty Claim Procedures:If the damage to your wetsuit is covered under warranty, please follow the procedures listed below to initiate a warranty claim. Please note that if you do not follow the procedures listed below, it may prevent your warranty claim from being processed in a timely manner. **If your wetsuit has any damage, please read our Warranty Information for instructions on filing a warranty claim. NOTE: Clearance/ Ex-hire items do not qualify for a return or exchange. If you think your wetsuit may be the wrong size, we highly recommend reading our Fitting Guide. We also suggest that you swim in your wetsuit before considering a size exchange. Normally we do not recommend the use of our wetsuits in chlorinated pools, however, if extenuating circumstances offer no alterative (i.e. harsh winter weather), then one brief swim is permitted under the 2 year warranty. To avoid chlorine damage to your wetsuit, we suggest that you limit your time in the pool to around 5 minutes and rinse the suit thoroughly with fresh water immediately afterwards. Whether you decide to send back your wetsuit for a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of items returned. Shipping costs are never refunded. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement wetsuit to you at no additional cost to you, but the initial shipping back of the wetsuit is the responsibility of the customer. If you need your new wetsuit ASAP, or you would like to try on two sizes side by side to determine which has the best fit, simply place an order for the new wetsuit and send one back as a return instead of an exchange – as long as it is not permanently damaged or written, as above, and within the designated time frame. Your order will only be delivered Monday to Friday. A $20.00 charge (which includes insurance) will be required to re-deliver any items in situations where the order was not delivered due to the fault of the customer. These situations are defined as: 1 - The order was not signed for because the customer was not present at the listed delivery address. All wetsuit hire orders will be shipped at least 2 days before the desired hire start date, in order for the wetsuit to arrive in time. Tax ChargesAs per Australian tax laws a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in pricing and it is the responsibility of the individual to claim this back, where eligible. WETSUIT REPAIRSTriathlon wetsuits are manufactured for a high level of speed and flexibility. They are a performance product and are not indestructible. Although XTERRA Wetsuit's warranty is unrivaled, there are a few types of damage we don't cover. Below are examples of accidental damage and damage caused by improper care that are not eligible for warranty claims. STRESS TEARSStress tears or "Fingernail tears" may or may not be caused by direct contact with fingernails. Fingernail and other minor tears from sharp objects are not a manufacturing defect. Minor tears like this will not affect the performance or integrity of the wetsuit whatsoever if it has been repaired correctly. Tears like this can be prevented by always using the pads of your fingers to put on a suit. Suits most commonly tear when pulled taught over the tip of the finger. It is also important never to pinch small folds of the suit and pull. The combination of the pulling and pinching can also cause the suit to tear. Make sure to grab large folds of the suit when pulling. The good news about these tears is you can easily repair them at home with a few drops of glue and about 5 minutes of your time.
HOW TO REPAIR1. Purchase/use standard wetsuit adhesive. Most swim, triathlon, or sporting goods stores carry this product; we recommend a product called Aqua Seal. Be sure to read all of the instructions that accompany the wetsuit adhesive you purchase to avoid discrepancies with the instructions provided below. 2. Lay the wetsuit on a flat surface. 3. Gently pinch open the tear in the wetsuit to expose both surfaces. Apply a thick, equal layer of adhesive to both surfaces. Use less glue on either edge of the tear than you think to avoid the glue from seeping out onto the surface of the wetsuit. 4. Position the tear so that it is flat (sitting naturally without any bumps or folds in the tear). Apply another thin layer of adhesive to the edges of the tear (or use the excess adhesive that seeps out of the tear once the flap is flat), and smooth the adhesive at the edge of tear with a paperclip or toothpick. Do not leave any adhesive on the surface of the suit; simply rub any excess adhesive off of the suit before it dries. 5. Leave the wetsuit on a dry, flat surface for 24 hours to dry. Note: Once dry, the repair can appear shiny and may have a raised area. This is normal, and will not affect the performance of your swim. HEEL TEARSA heel tear is caused by the foot, generally the heel, going through the leg of the suit while forcefully putting the suit on or taking it off. This damage is not easily repaired. The best option is to cut off the leg above the tear. The best way to avoid tears like this is to put a plastic bag over the foot when putting on the suit to reduce friction. MELTINGThe highly flexible neoprene used in to make XTERRA Wetsuits are susceptible to melting when exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Damage like this most often occurs when the suit is left inside out to dry in a warm place like a garage, trunk, or outside in the sun, although it can happen any time the suit is exposed to moderate to extreme heat. The inside of the suit is insulated by the neoprene and causes it to get hot enough to cause the high performance neoprene to melt together. When the suit is pulled apart, parts of the suit may remain stuck together. Damage like this is not easy to repair. The best option is to avoid damage like this by drying your suit in a cool place out of the sun and to not leave your suit in the car longer than necessary.

TITAN Performance Group is committed to our 'signature' customer service and satisfaction. If you receive any products or merchandise that you are not satisfied with, simply return it to us within 30 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange the size or refund your purchase*.
Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. TITAN Performance Group will not pay to return these items to you.
Return Terms and Conditions
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear or ear ring purchase unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Returns must be made within the timeframe listed (30 days) unless faulty. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided. TITAN Performance Group does not accept cash as a form of payment and takes no responsibility for cash sent via post.
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
Boxed/Packaged Goods: When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
Underwear and Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons TITAN Performance Group is not able to accept returns on underwear or earrings unless faulty.
Swimwear: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Wetsuits: When returning wetsuits the product information and folding guide must be followed. If you did not receive the folding guide, please contact customer service. Badly creased wetsuits may not be accepted for return unless faulty. Please refer to the XTERRA Wetsuits returns policy for specific details.
During peak returns periods, TITAN Performance Group cannot guarantee returns will be processed within 3 days. If a size exchange is required we recommend placing a new order online and returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out.
Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order.
*Sale items can be returned after 30 days if the product is faulty under warranty or the incorrect item was received.
Faulty Item Returns
All repairs are carried out by the manufacturer and not by TITAN Performance Group. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered. TITAN Performance Group cannot control the availability of parts of replacement goods.
TITAN Performance Group has no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. We will however do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. In cases where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, TITAN Performance Group cannot be held accountable for repair periods or communication from the manufacturer.
Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty. Please contact customer service (contact@titanperformancegroup.com.au) or the brand directly for warranty periods.
We aim to have your return processed within 3 days of receiving the item, however some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. This process usually takes around 1-4 weeks.
Watch and Wetsuit returns: Each manufacturer may have different warranty periods or service standards for faulty items. TITAN Performance Group works closely with its brands to ensure faulty items are dealt with promptly, but we have no control over the repairs or assessment process for warranty issues. In most cases, products returned in used condition will be repaired instead of replaced and will not be refunded unless repair is impossible. Any items returned outside of the warranty period will generally incur a charge for the repair. For more information on your products warranty, please contact the brand directly.

Here's how to have a hassle-free refund or exchange:
- Please complete the returns form below within 30 days of purchase. (If you would prefer not to enter your credit card details then please tick one of the credit card boxes on the form. Please note that if you have requested a credit card call that we work on Australian Central Daylight Time, so if you are in a significantly different time zone then the call may be quite late/early your time).
- Indicate whether an exchange or refund is required for each item returned.
- Please package the item/s in the same way they arrived to you. Include a copy of the returns form with the parcel. Please do not mark shoeboxes with tape or stamps. An easy way to return is to turn the courier bag the items arrived in, inside out and reuse this to return items.
- We recommend that you send your return via a registered post delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
- Please mark the outside of the box and the customs form (only required if sending from outside Australia) 'Goods being returned to manufacturer ' to avoid any delays and charges with customs. We cannot be responsible for any charges occurring from this being omitted.
- We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt. If you are in a hurry for the replacement item then we recommend that you order the needed item from our website immediately and return the unwanted item for a refund rather than waiting for an exchange.
- If you believe an item to be faulty then we strongly recommend that you contact us before returning the item to us. This way we can determine the fault. Please refer to the Faulty Items Returns information above.
- Please note that you will be charged outbound postage for exchanges unless the original item was faulty or despatched incorrectly. On these rare occasions any replacement item/s would be sent free of charge and you would be refunded for the cost of returning the item.
