Many triathletes start running as part of other sports but are never taught to run like a triathlete. We video you running (or for remote people analyse your video) and look at all of the mechanics of your technique as well as your running history. Our run technique analysis then looks at the most appropriate technique for your goals and recommends both drills and functional strength exercises to help improve your technique.
