Swim Analysis

Swimming is the smallest part of most triathlons but often causes people the most frustration, and sometimes, the most anxiety. Our swim analysis looks at your swimming from two perspectives:

  1. Technique;  How efficient are you in the water in terms of body position, holding onto the water and engaging the ‘right’ muscles for swimming?
  2. Cadence (Arm Turnover);  How quickly should you turn your arms over without losing technique?

Triathletes are often analytical people and a focus solely on ‘perfect’ technique can result in an arm turnover that is too slow.  We endeavour to strike the right balance between both these facets to help you swim as quickly and efficiently as possible.
